
Looking forward to chatting with others and working on getting fit at forty-something! It's now or never and I want to be able to ride my horses into my Golden years and beyond. I've always been very activie, working with horses and running a ranch, but am serious this year about sticking with an actual fitness routine to make running the ranch much easier on the old joints and muscles. No more surprises when I mount up and find muscles that have not been used. I am working on designing a fitness program to target all the major muscles groups and those used most often in riding as well as a good stretching routine. Love the exercise ball and like to center my workouts around that with barre work as well. Actually found the site looking for body ball exercises-- lots of great ideas.
