Introduction!

Hello, I am another new person in the forum. I found it when looking for some fitness tips and this seems like a great place to find a ton of them! So rather than just lurk I thought I would join and say hi.

My goals are to continue to improve my overall fitness and lose some weight. I play soccer about 1-2x/wk almost year round, lift weights 2-3x/wk, and do a variety of cardio also a couple days a week (spinning, running, elliptical, whatever...I get bored with routine!).

Looking forward to hopefully learning some new things! :)

Thanks all!!! I definitely stay active, but I really need to work on my diet. Slowly but surely... I've already picked up some great tips from browsing through this forum. Can't wait to try a "split squat" next time I lift. :)
