Hey everyone,
I've been viewing this forum for a couple weeks now and would like to take the time to introduce myself.
My name's Adam. I'm a 21 y/o senior at the University of New Hampshire majoring in business admn w/ a marketing concentration. I began viewing this forum for a consumer behavior class and to make a long story short, I have to ultimately decide whether the members of this forum have a significant influence on purchases of supplements, foods, fitness equipment etc by other memebers.
My interests are not strictly academic, however. I work out frequently and have an interest in the knowledge dispensed by the members of the forum. I've found JP and some of the other more active members to be quite helpful.
Anyways, that's my story. My question is this....
When doing interval training on a stationary bike, what time intervals do you feel are the most effective?
