Interminent fasting results

Hi everyone I wanted to start doing interminent fasting combined with 30 minutes of hiit workouts a day and eating very low amount of carbs and high protein, also cutting out sugar. I wanted to make this forum to keep everyone updated with my results over the next 2-3 months to see if it's actually worth doing. Every Saturday I will weigh in and post my results every Saturday. I was 201 pounds at first after dropping like 5 pounds but has a lot of carbs and salt before weigh in day and got to 204lbs so I guess that's my weight now and that's what I'm starting this forum at, I'm very excited for this because I know I'll see results anyways I'll be back on Saturday with my new weight :)
 
Fasting and low carbs/hiit workouts doesn't sound like a very good idea. You need carbs after an intense workout.
 
Jess you do not need carbs after an intense workout if you are following a keto (low carb lifestyle)

Alexander what are your protein and carb goals ? It is very important to keep on top of you electrolyte intake when transitioning to very low carb

good luck, also remember most of the members here do not follow this way of eating and stick to the old style approach.
 
Hi everyone I decided to make weigh in day every Monday which is coming up very soon :) and also I want to mention I'm not doing hiit on an empty stomach. I will see you all on Monday :)
