Some of it...I don't have the logs in some of the overhead pressing stuff I do but other than that-jerks, snatches, deadlifts, push presses...yup, the good stuff.
The competitions I'm training for do a lot of stuff like you see in video 5 and 6. This is the Scottish Highlands Games competitions.
Video 7 and 8 is a lot of what my lifts look like-jerking, snatching, and some front squating
Video 4 is something I haven't done before but will start integrating (the plate stack work for strengthening of the rotational movement)
Video 3 is a bunch of deadlifting and I don't do as much deadlifting as I used to a couple months back, I'll come back to it. My best is a 430 deadlift.
I had really high hopes for the music too when I started the first one and heard "Dig" by Mudvayne, but they were crushed when I opened the second one and heard Korn...
