This morning on my bike ride (paved trail) I saw someone who now maybe my new inspiration.
This gentleman who looked to be 5 to 10 years older than me and may have weighed a good 75 to 100 lbs more than myself. He did not look to be the greatest shape but there he was pushing him self, sweating a whole lot but with a great big smile and what seemed to be ready hello or good morning.
We passed in opposite directions, I almost stopped to say something to him more than good morning in passing but I didn’t not want to stop him as he just started up nice little slope. His wife and dog twenty feet ahead (I awesome his wife) and him in his wheelchair pushing hard and smiling what seemed to be the whole way.
I hope I see him again, to have the chance to say something than just hello and/or good morning.
I will try to remember his face and his smile every time knees hurt or the legs bonk on the bike ride and quit my whining, and remember my new Inspiration.
