Injury, reccommendations?

Hey umm, a while back I injured my wrist working out, I think I just stretched a ligament or something, but either way my wrists had always hurt when working out, I just never paid much attention to it. A while back I really messed them up at work, took a week off of working out and everything seemed to be a lot better but still hurt a tiny bit. The pain started getting worse so I took another 2 weeks off, but my dumbass decided to be a stupid high school kid and armwrestle some guy about 3x my size and strength. My left wrist was fine, but I feel like I tore a ligament in my right wrist and so far it's been almost 3 weeks since I've gotten any excercise at all. I was in the middle of bulking so I'm not sure if I should run or not. I've still been eating like I'm bulking but just a tad less since I don't have the excercise to burn extra calories. Any reccomendations on what I should do for excercise til I can get a doctor to do something about this? Also, how should I change my eating habbits? Thanks a lot, I've really been freaking out over this then remembered this forum :D

Really you should just go see a sports doctor. It might be sprained, in which case heat/cold and rest will work.
If you actually tore something, you might need surgery and/or rehab to make it right again.

No guess work...see a trained professional.
