today I was doing my shoulder press with dumbells. I don't know what muscle I have injured but when I sit, stand, twist, deep breaths all cause a pain that comes through my back under the right shoulder blade around to the front of my body, it also takes my breath away when the pain comes in.
I don't know if anyone here has had this before, if you have I was wondering what methods you took to nurse it back to recovery. Eg Stretching..
