Indoor Soccer

Hey guys, i've been playing outdoor soccer since I was little and was pretty good. Once I got out of high school I dropped it. I didn't play college or anything. Well recently for my cardio work out I was running miles and even more recently I was doing interval training. Well last night I was invited to go to play in an indoor soccer game. Let me tell you if you want a great cardio workout this is the way to go. I was panting so hard but it felt so good. 22 minute halves of full on running. It was great. By the way we won 9-2...I had 3 goals and 2 assists. So if you town/city has a league I would suggest getting on it. My games spread out by a week so you still might want to run a little bit but the games should take care of you for a few days...
