Increasing the lives changed by personal training!

I know the power personal trainers have over their clients. It's incredible, and the benefit to that is your changing lives. Pushing people past their "Terror Barriers" and helping them strive for their true dreams and goals! My hat is off to all of you, whether your making millions or pennies. Either way your changing lives! Some of you may have never looked at it this way, but it may shine some light on the true extent of what your actually doing. Giving a father or a mother that extra feel good energy, so after a long day of work when they come home, they can spend time with the family strengthening that family bond. Even in the office, people are looking great and feeling great, they're going to be all smiles in the work place! Its not just on the physical body you guys are doing work, its on the mental plane aswell. When your clients look in the mirror and see results, they will carry themselves differently down the streets. Confidence goes up - truly you are changing more than just your client's lives, but also the lives of those who are connected to your client's.

I myself am not a personal trainer, but I do sincerely want to help personal trainers in changing lives! Both in theirs and their clients. That I know I can do! Please feel free to contact me! You can find my email in my contact info.

I truly appreciate all of your efforts and your time! Thank you

Good post Reverveoloution... Most people involved in the fitness industry spend a lot of time pushing the benefits of health and fitness to raise peoples quality of life. There are so many benefits of keeping fit and healthy whether you're a child, male, female or the elderly. Especially in this day and age when we are hearing of forever increasing obesity rates. People dont need to be professional athletes to live a better life and feel better, maintaining a good level of health will decrease sick days and the chances of catching common illnesses. It's been shown that children who actively participate in sports grow up to live much healthier lives than those who do not. Not to mention, in adults aged 50 years and over, exercise and resistance training can help strengthen bones and decrease falls. The benefits are countless....

That is what I am a personal trainer for, I have a passion for helping people and helping them achieve their goals. There is no better feeling than having a client say that he feels more energetic or can do this or that easier now that they have been working out.......great post............
