Hi all,
I just started weight training on the machines a month ago and am wondering why I can do a lot more weight on the incline press than the chest press. To be specific, my current routine for the incline is (120 lbs x 12, 130 lbs x 6, 130 lbs to failure) whereas the same for the chest press is (70 lbs x 12, 80 lbs x 6, 80 lbs to failure). Is this normal or am I not using the equipment right? I would think I should be able to do a lot more on the chest press than the incline.
