in 2011 between may and september i lost 50 lbs! Yay! But have plataued and kinda went on hold for the winter, i do 1 hour of zumba, 1 hour of kick boxing and 2 hours of belly dancing every week I also waaas back then eating very healthy (and im getting back into that now) In the summer i was hiking and walking all the time and now with the nice weather ill be starting that again. My start weight was 294lbs and i went down to 244lb and during the summer i gained 16 putting me at (now) 255lb But its okay....i just keep reminding myself that "the only diffrence between people who sucseed and and people who fail is the ones who sucseed dont quit while they are faiing" so im hopping back on the band wagon and want to get down to about 185-190 lbs, im 5'9 and am natrually curvy. soooo im taking a leap and posting a full body pic of me now. (at 255lb) 8) My biggest issue is with my gut! Gah! It must go! I also loooooove chocolate! but i have learned instead of grabbing the oh' henry (which i looove) i get a nice dark chocolate instead...i also love to cook and am good at it! annnd have a family to feed id much rather exersize my butt off (pun intended
) then give up yummy foods! but i have learnd allot and am still learning about choosing better alternatives(like the chocolate) anyway i work allot better in a group setting and posting my weight and pictures i think will help motivate me.
