In need of some help with my Abs

Ok, so Im 15 and Im not out of shape but I dont have those nice lookin abs a lot of people my age have. I play baseball and run regularly, but it requires more than that. What are good machines that dont cost too much that i could get to help? I was thinking about buying an ab master but I dont know how effective those r.

Basically clean diet and regular cardio. Dont go wasting ur money on crummy ab machines that dont work, the exercises that are most effective on ur abs are exercises with ur body weight or maybe a dumbell. Try doing some weighted crunches, hanging or lying leg raises, and oblique crunches. Do these about 2-3 times a week max.

At the end of the day you wont be able to see your abdominal muscles if there covered with fat. No matter how much you train the muscle if there is a layer of fat over the top then they will be invisible to the eye... thus no matter how impressive a persons abbs are they might not be seen. Are u a male or female? if male then I would start doign weighted sit ups just like you would train any other muscle, and concentrate on loosing fat. If your a women I would say that you should concentrate on loosing fat and pick a variety of exercises and train them quite frequently at low weight intensity et at high reps... such as Side Bends, Leg Raises, Crunches etc with 1x100reps 5 times a week
