I'm 22, 5 ft 7. I work as a mechanic so as you could of guessed I'm always on my feet( not one to have a traditional tea break). I play for two football teams so I train 2 times a week and then play Saturday's and Sunday's in a competitive game! I'm willing to listen to any advice which may help me?? Ive heard alot of people use a protein shake for after their work out and was wondering people's views and what protein shake they would recommend.
I'm currently 194lbs which is 14 stone and would like to be 11 stone by the 2nd June. I will keep everyone updated with my daily food intake and calorie intake, and also my weigh ins.. Which I will do every Friday.

4th April 2011:

Breakfast: got up to late.
Snack: banana
Lunch: tuna sandwich (brown bread)
Dinner: chicken,mash,vegatables.

Exercise:

30 mins on treadmill.

Calories burned: 250.
 
5th April 2011:

So it's day two of my diet, didn't hit the gym today because I'm still aching from the session yesterday. Was quite busy at work today, was on my feet allday. So that's the only exercise I really got!

Intake:

Breakfast: banana
Lunch: salad
Snack: 2 oranges
Dinner: pizza.
