improvments slowing

I am 15 (bout 4 months till im 16) 5' 11" and 160 lbs. I started lifting weights with my basketball team for school last year but wasnt really into it, i just did it to make my coaches happy.anywayssss, its been about 7 maybe 8 months since I started lifting (like actually lifting not just doin whatever) and after about the first few months i noticed a lot of improvment in size, and on my bench, curls, press, etc. but it seems like the past 2 or so months have been kind of slow. Should i just keep goin and ill eventually start to see improvments again? or maybe add a few more pounds to everything and just do less reps? im not to sure what i should do to get off this flat line. im sure people have experienced this so im askin for help. thanks

We need to know your routine and your goals.

Also keep in mind that if you're just beginning to lift, you're going to see results no matter what.

my routine is 3 days a week i do

bench- 3 sets, 7-10 reps
incline bech- 3 sets, 7 reps
straight bar curls(21's)- 2 sets
preachers bar curls- 2 sets, 7 reps
hammer bar nose breakers- 3 sets 10 reps
pull ups- 2 sets, 10 each
push ups- 3 sets, 25-30 each

and 2 days a week

leg press- 3 sets, 15reps
leg curls- 3 sets, 10 reps
sit ups- 2 sets, 40-50 each
occasionlly squats but im startin to drift from that
calf raises- 2 sets, 100 each
leg lifts- 3 sets, 20 each

i dont have much of a set goal, just to get bigger as I go. i want the weight on my bench and curls to go up. but as u saw in my other post i also am tryin to get my abs more defined too so i guess i am goin to have to chose between one or the other.
