Improvised Measurements

I bought this protein and it came without the measurement cup. I though and did like this:
Took a 500ml bottle full of water and poured it in a little cup I prepared to be my measurer, each time it got filled I threw away the water, that way, I was able to fill that cup exactly 8 times, so I assumed the cup is 63.5ml in volume, then I took another cup like this and poured about the water in the full cup into the empthy, then I evened the water levels so that each one contained the same amount, now I assumed that each cup has 31.75ml in it. I marked that point where the water level reaches and used it to know how much protein powder to put in the cup. My diet is on 30 grams, 3 times per day.

Obviously I did a big mistake, caz powder weights less than water, so by filling 30 grams of powder, I only put in around half (I know that because it's almost 30 days and my bucket is half full, it should have been almost empthy)

So I only took around 45grams of protein, and it's not even a very good protein. Good thing I am eating well (most of the times), I know I got like 21 more grams from Yogurt alone, and then there's the chicken stake which is 30 grams protein easy. I also take Amino Acids and my muscles aren't that big yet so I guess I don't have to bang my head against the wall so hard, should I?

The shake tasted ok with 200ml, even 300 water, so it didn't alert me.
The only thing that makes me feel bad is that I don't know how good is the protein, it's 85% whey and it's local made under license from Nutrim, pretty much as cheap as it gets (well, there are cheaper, but I don't even call that protein).

Any comment?
Any idea how to measure without an official spoon/cup?
