immediate failure/no failure...

ive been training hard for the last month(s) and have seen some okish gains... but ive still got a problem from when i began...

i can do loads of situps/crunches- until my abs no longer burn and just have a dull ache
loads of hammer curls (i think) in comparison to normal curls
loads of dips (hands on a chair, feet on frame of a bed... down until just touch floor...no pressure on floor)


but i can only do a few reps till failure on certain other exercises

pushups (40 something)
pullups (1, maybe)
chinups (same)
squats (about 60 throughout workout/leg w/out weight or 30 with weight)
hanging leg raises (maybe 5)

what's with this weirdity???

ill post my routine if needed...

Well from that info above you must just do alot of dips(from what you said assiated dips, loose the bed, a lot harder) curls and abs. am i right?

I mean if you hit every muscle 3 days a week you shouldn't be able to just do like bench and the rest of ur body is extra week, thats just not how it works
