I'm trying to get a 6 pack-- advice?

Didn't you just post like 2 days ago with the same question?!
 
1. you are more than 7% bodyfat, you're at least 10% bf.
2. If you want real abs then do a real workout involving the bench and squat. A fullbody workout 3x a week is not a bad idea.
3. You need to put on muscle mass in general, so don't be eating at a caloric deficit, it's good that you're eating healthy, just make sure you're eating a lot of the healthy stuff.

To the OP....

you have 2 differen approaches you can go with...

Work your abs heavy, and EAT! they will grow....

OR-- starve further

Weighted crunches, hanging leg lifts with weight, Floor sweepers and olympic lifts- Power Cleans.

Then after you "build your body" you cut it back some and boya! abs!

I'm not an expert on this matter by any means but for me personally, I've never really focused on sole ab exercises, and mine have become semi-noticable in the last few months. I've focused on exercises like squats, barbell bent row, deadlifts, etc. and have seen progress in myself fairly quickly. I say just try and improve your physical shape overall and the abs will come in due time.
