I'm toning, should I gain?

OK, here I go, free falling!
Scary to post these pics among all you fit and strong people, but I have to in order to get feed back.

I'm 5'11 154 lbs.
BF% around 15%
biceps flexed 12.5
chest 39
thighs 20

I think I'm toned, not ripped, but do should I try to gain more muscles do you think? Thanks in advance for your respons.

squats in smith
120 lbs 3x10
dumbell lunges 2x20 lbs 3x10
lat pull downs 70 lbs 3x10
cable rowing 70 lbs 3x10
 
Looking good, you have a low bf so you can get away with doing a nice clean bulk. Have you tried any of Chad Waterbury's Workouts? I can send you a pdf with spreadsheats of all his workouts if you would like it.

Anyone else who wants it just let me know.

squats free barbell
90 lbs 3x10
bulgarian split squats 2x10 lbs 3x10
lat pull downs 70 lbs 3x10
cable rowing 70 lbs 3x10

I liked those bulgarian split squats, really works your whole leg and butt and also include balance. Using the free barbell instead of Smith made me use less weight in squat. Reasons is that I am cautious of my back and also that same amount of weight feels heavier on free barbell I think.
