today... i ate...

half a porkchop and a cut of chicken breast with rice for lunch.

and for dinner i had..

2 servings of fried rice, chicken, a couple fried shrimp, 1 and a half cheese wontons, and two bowls of egg drop soup with the fried noodles inside. and also a bowl of ice cream. god i'm such a food slut.
 
Nuggles! You are so much braver than me. I just put "Chinese food" and wouldn't go into detail. I was too embarrassed. And you are NOT a food slut! Though the phrase tickled my funny bone.
 
Why the sad smiley? You can eat a totino's pizza as a meal, even if it isn't the most healthy option out there... ;) And we are walking tonight after nursery! GRRR!
 
HAha...I laughed when I read "food slut"...that was too funny....!

You can do it! I'm half asian and spanish...so I struggle with how people view how thin I should be because I'm part asian...

You took the first step...you'll do great! Lookin' foward to seeing your progress!!
 
Congratulations on starting. Don't be hard on yourself just maintain this journal. and weight yourself regularly(daily or weekly) The little ticker at the bottom of the screen has really helped motivate me as well.
 
You know what? Neither one of us did our journals for yesterday. We're already slacking! We gotta get back on track... today! You wanna go walking tonight?
 
hiya.

yesterday i had.

a bowl of special k cereal with some peanut butter.

2 servings of rice with pork. not at the same time.

and a tuna sub with a bag of sunchips and a lemonade. :eek:

kinda sucky. but hopefully i'll get better. once you write it all out it really looks like alot. *sigh*
 
hey nuggies, welcome to the forum :) it is helping me a lot and i'm sure it will help you. why don't you read around and see how others are doing it, maybe it will inspire you even more. whenever i need inspiration and motivation i read wishes diary and now steve's diary...they have some really great advice.

i see you're really hard on yourself. why don't you just go one step at a time. pounds didn't come on in one night, they won't come off that easily and that's ok. you seem to have a good plan by portion control and exercise. what kind of exercise do you do? or plan to do? let me tell you when you start exercising you'll start feeling much better.

you're not in this alone. we will help you if you need our help if for nothing else than just to listen :)
