I only got 5 or 6 hours of sleep after being up 24. I woke up at 12:30 at night. When I am tired I eat! Because fullness doesn't register to the brain when you are tired sometimes. It's dumb. I have already eaten too much and I ate candy, chocolate, and a brownie!! I feel horrible, my day is ruined. I would go run but I'm sleepy and have a migrane. I can't believe I messed up. Not like what I was doing before was working, but at least I knew I was trying. Will one day mess me up forever? :(

dude one mess up night does not ruin it forever!!!!!!!!!!
Take a asprin and get back on that horse...........this is a life long process......and one night of bad choices does not mean ya pack it in.......live and learn...........tuck this feeling into your fileing system in your brain and when you feel the midnight munchies comming pull it out and see if ya really wanna go their again!!!
keep on keepin on man!!!

It wont mess you up forever, just start from this point forward. Get in the mindset that if you eat healthy from this point on it cant do anything but help you.

I used to get into the mindset that if i messed up one day my diet was over and i would jump off it, it was almost an excuse. Just start right now and move forward, that wont hurt you one bit unless you fall into the trap of repeating and thinking you will "start tommorow". Good luck.

Have you counted the calories? Actually marked it all down and added them up? Then compared them with how much you burned throughout the day? I find when I actually see it in black and white, I can tell if I actually did some damage, or just had a bad day. Remember, your body's gotta be burning at least 2000 calories just living. :D

Nothing helps my headaches, I have daily migranes where the only thing that works is vicodin. It's just that I have been doing good for 6 months and haven't lost a pound. I might force myself to run even if I pass out.

if the pain is too bad for a run how about just going for a walk. it will make you feel better than doing nothing :) and dont worry. just decrease your calorie intake the next meal/day and make up for those consumed in the night. just keep going..and remember that we all have the same problem and we are all in this together..you can do whatever you want to do.
