I can't believe I have let my weight get this out of control, it's hard to even look at myself in the mirror
I've never been skinny, but I've stayed between 160-175lbs until my junior year of college (one year ago) when I moved in with my boyfriend. Since then it has been very hard to eat healthy and limit my caloric intake because my boyfriend can eat whatever he wants and not gain a pound and thus we have a lot of food I shouldn't eat in the house.
On monday of this week I officially begin my "diet" and I believe I'm doing pretty well so far (I'm not going to weigh myself again until next monday). However my boyfriend seems to think I look fine and keeps trying to encourage me to eat more like I usually do... i don't think he understands the concept of having to count calories to lose weight, lol!

Cereal and milk 160
1 cup Strawberries 60
Snack:
Cliff bar 240
Lunch:
1/2 sandwich with turkey and cheese 270
Snack:
Luna bar 180

This is what I plan on eating later:
Snack:
yogurt 140
Dinner:
1 cup homemade chilli 190
Snack:
1 cup cantalope 50
Popsicle 80

Obviously I still really need to work on my diet and get some vegetables into it despite the fact that i'm not really a fan of them.
Excercise is a bit of a challenge for the next couple weeks until my college gym opens back up (I can't wait!!) Until then I've been walking my dog for at least an hour a day and I'm planning a weekend hike
