I own P90X and have been doing it off and on since late December. I don't have the weights or pullup bar, but my friend who has the program told me I could do many of the workouts that don't involve them. The hardest part is doing the workouts everyday. The most I have done is 4 days in a row. Starting today I will "press play" as they say in P90X, for the next 100 days. These are the DVDs I will be doing:
Yoga X
Plyo X
Kenpo X
Core Syn X
Cardio X
X Stretch
My goal is to lose 40 pounds and get to 15% body fat. It may not happen in 100 days, but I'll be that much closer.
Starting stats on 2/18/10: 221.5 lbs @ 29% body fat. Off to do Yoga X for day 1.
