Im 5'5 And weight 140 and I wish to be 120. I lose 10 pounds last month (Which I still finding hard to beleive, knowing I didn't do any exercise)
Now im on diet, I drink chocolate milk(fat free) in the morning sometimes eat poptart. After im done bicycling for 5min and doing cruches and sit ups for 20 min. I eat small portion of rice and meat at lunch. And chocolate milk at night. Im doing all this but my weight still insist on 140. I don't know what im doing wrong.
I could see that im losing weight on my hips because my size 9 pants fit now, tho I couldn't close it. Im doing cruches but I feel like my stomach is flattening but the my belly is getting bigger. With all this im still 140.
