Sup Everybody,
My name is Mike i am 24 years old and i live in Amsterdam.
I weight 231 lbs / 105 kg , and my lenght is 176cm.
I cycle 30 minutes every workday to work and 30 minutes back and can't seem to lose weight.
I try to always eat healthy, and i can't stand it i'm not losing weight.
I drink water the whole day because i don't like tea or coffee or soda's.
Sometimes i drink beer or pure rum ( without cola or something ).
I work as a graphic designer so i sit on my ass from 9 till 5.
What i don't like is that every year my weight seems to gain instead of lose.
I hope someone give me some advice, my average diet is:
Morning:
Bread / Cheese +Milk
Lunch:
Breed + Peanutbutter + Water
Evening:
Cabbage + Pattato's and somekind of Meat
Once or twice a week pasta, once in the week burgers.
I hope someone can relate and give me some advice.
