I'm 17, and I've been a little overweight for quite a while--mostly the past four years. I hold my weight pretty well, and I was shocked when I found out I weighed almost the same as my mom and sister who are both a bit larger than I am (at least that's how I always saw it....might not be true) :/
One of my problems is that I spend too much time on the computer--email, facebook, reading about this and that etc..... my end goal is to lose 50 pounds but I know that will take some time.
I plan to:
Drink LOTS OF WATER
Eat smaller amounts of healthier food
Spend as much time exercising (even if it is just walking) as I do leisure time on the computer
Eat breakfast
Anyone have other ideas? Or creative ideas of things to make for lunch/dinner? I find myself out of ideas for dinner and then I snack on less healthy things. Or just want to introduce yourself?
I am currently 191 pounds and 5'3"--I'd like to get that down to 140.
