Hi my name is Kate i am starting my dieting and exercise tomorrow. I am currently 5'4" 131lbs. My goal weight would be between 105-110. Here are a few pix i just took tonight. My beginner/ before pix.
 
You're not really in need of a diet as you are in the toning department. Perhaps watching what you eat, yanno? I wish I weighed 131!! lol

Have you determined how you want to lose your weight? This forum is a fountain of info and encouragement for those who need it. You already look lovely; you'll be a real hottie once you are at goal, I'm sure!

Hi thanks for the reply i really dont know how to go about it. So far ive cut out soda (havent drank it in 6 months or anything). And also sweets and fast food. And i wanna start at the gym 5 days a wk.

Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (15-30mins)

Then start lifting weights - great for weight-loss and toning!

Lean Proteins

Lots of Water!
