I am new to the forum but thought I could get help or some answers or at least some thoughts about what to do from people who are going through the same thing.I have been on LA Weightloss for 3 years and then just recently they closed the local office so i have been on my own since then but following the same program.
I averaged my daily intake of calories the other day and it ranges between 1200-1300, and yes there are those days that I binge and go overboard but normally it ranges about the same.
But, I am gaining weight, why, eating an average of 1300 calories can someone gain weight? Does anyone have any idea's as to what could cause that?
