Im nere here

Hey whats up, my name is Jeff im 23 and I am 6'4 215 pounds and i got a small gut But I have turned my life around for the rest of my life I will only eat right now. Im keeping my calories to 2000 to 3000 a day and im eating 4 to 6 times a day, snacking on fruit and veggies and I cut out all fried foods,sugars,bread except for wheat,cheeses any candy. I also started doing push ups everyday 50 to 100 and sit ups and crunches 50 a day and dips also I walk anywhere from 15 to 20 miles a week, if i keep this up in 6 months will I notice a difference. my goal is not to be a huge body builder but I do want a 6 pack and get toned and definition in my arms back and chest, like i said I plan on doing this for the rest of my life as well as when I get into shape getting a gym membership but for now I figure I can use my own body, is that true? sorry for ranting and raving im just so happy to change my life around

Welcome to the forum. Doing pushups and situps alone will get you nowhere. You would need to do a lot more exercises to keep the balance.

I would suggest getting that gym membership now.
