Im n00b, have questions!

hey all, im brand spanking new here so gimme a break for not being Mr Universe ok! good :p

im not really interested in bulking up too much, as i am already a fair size due to genetics. more interested in toning.

ive bin using a Total Gym (u no the one chuck norris endorses) for nearly a month now, and it is working, altho ive found that the flabbyness has increased around my lower abs and love handles!!! whats the best way for me to fix this?

also, what protein shake mix would u all recomend? im in australia so we might have diffrent things to o/s nations...Im asking for protein as i find it gives me more energy than carbs do, even low GI carbs...

also any other newbie info you wanna share with me feel free to post :D

A healthy diet is the best way to get rid of unwanted fat.. Any whey protein should do, after working out your carb/protein ratio should be 2:1 or 3:1 depending on your goals.
