I don't quite know what top say but for the 100th time Ive managed to stop losing weight & in a 2 month period from my bday (Oct 25th) Ive managed to get back to 289.1 from 267 or so. 22lbs in just over 2 months... I really need help & strength to get back into things. This is ridicoulous & very frusterating for me...it always seems like I get down to 267 or so and something throws me off & I get off track... Im very depressed thinking I now have another 2 months to even try & get back to where I was at.... thats so long! My problem is overeating by far.... Ive managed to sit and eat a box of 20 choclate covered cherries about 5-6 times since Christmas in one sitting.... fast food 2-3 times a week (2 Mcdoubles, 1 Mc Chicken & Large Fry) all for one meal & just eat a ton.... I had a large pizza Saturday night all by myself... im so lost & so fed up with myself. If I didnt have a family that I love very much Im sure I wouldnt be here today becuase Id have done something dumb.... Please help me 


I weighed today and am 291 as well. Let's post pics on the 1st of each month. Lets keep each other motivated...we WILL do this!!! We need this and our families need this. I'm excited for both of us!!! PM me and I'll be glad to share meal plan ideas, music play lists, or anything else.
