My goal is to bulk up, I've been eating big, and trying to keep it as clean as possible. Also doing heavy weights of reps 6-8 per set. I've been cutting down my cardio to 20min or sometimes i wouldn't do cardio. Now the problem is, yes I can see some mass gain, but I'm also gaining some fat and my belly ain't gettin' smaller.
Now is there a way to loose fat doing cardio without stunning the growth of the muscles?(or not as much?) Thanx
