Well.. Ive been dieting for three weeks and experiencing some difficulties as some of you have read from other posts in different forums. But Im trying to stick through it! That's why I'm writing here. Maybe writing down my frustrations and (hopefully one day) progress it will help me not to give up

People keep telling me that I have to be patient but it's difficult to be that way b/c before when I wasn't restricting myself and not exercising I was pretty much stuck at 126 and wouldnt gain any weight. I stopped eating fast food and I lost 3 lbs and then when I really decided to buckle down I lost one pound the first week (i was like WoOoo) and now there is no way I can get below 122... it's the most stubborn fat EVER! All im asking for is 1 pound!!!! Ill be the happiest person if I just lose 1lb and then keep going of course!!!
