I don't really advocate machines and you'd probably be better off at the gym with some fitness trainers.

These two machines have a few differences between them. The Sears one covers the chest, biceps, and I suppose you could the back if you use the bar for rows.., but theres a serious lack on delts, lats, and legs.

The york one has chest, and lats, and that's it. I personally think they're both really bad and not going to give you very good results... but if you HAD to get one obviously the Sears one is better.

I think you should use the $200 for whatever amount of time you can get at a gym instead of buying either one of these. Good luck.

id say ether a gym membership or i have a weider max, the weider is a cheaper version of the bowflex, but its awsome, def. go w/ it.

You would be better off getting yourself some nice adjustable dumbbells and getting a proper workout. Either that or join a gym. Don't put a value on your body either, it never works out.

Good luck.

I have a home gym that includes an olympic adjustable bench, a treadmill, a pull down machine, a chin up bar, a punching bag, a speed bag, a curl bar, two dumbbells of 5,10,15,20,30 pounds, adjustable dumbbells, a swiss ball, a weight ball, a scale to measure weight and body fat, a fitness library of books, a twin brother to lift with me and spot, and a whole room for all that stuff. I have poured in tons of money for it and I still find myself lacking in equipment sometimes. Either go all the way and get that stuff or just go to a gym. Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to do some excercises because of your equipment
