Well after breaking my ankle and not being able to really work out the past 8 weeks, I got the ok from my doctor that I can begin my normal workouts again. Unfortunaly I have gained 25 lbs the past 2 months. I was eating pretty much non stop it seemed and wasnt getting any exercise.

I have been back to work for 3 weeks and my diet is much better but I wasnt able to workout yet. Tomorrow that changes. I will be at the gym at 6am and I might even go after work as well. I cant wait for the weather summer so I can run outside. I struggle to run on the treadmill for much more than a Half Hour but I can easily run/jog/walk for 2-3hrs when im outside.

My Current Stats -

6'5" and 295 lbs

I will post up some body pics sometime this week but here are some of my broken ankle :smilielol5:

Thanks Sillygirl, Its good to be back. I am super excited to get back in the gym tomorrow.

Beans - Yeah it was pretty swollen for a few weeks, But the swelling gone and the 25 lbs is still here, haha

I never really noticed before but I have some ugly feet, lol

Haha yeah, I had to re-check the forum I was in when I saw your pics, thought I'd stumbled upon one of those hobbit fetish sites.

All kidding aside, you're a man, you're supposed to have ugly feet. Unless of course you like polish and floral decals on them - then hey, go for it! ;)

2 days back and things are going pretty good. I cant really run as much as I would like though. My ankle starts bothering me after about 15 minutes on the treadmill. So the past 2 days I have done 15 mins on the treadmill, 15 mins on the bike and 30 mins lifting. I did keep up a pretty good pace though without much resting between things. Plus monday I had a pretty physical job at work.

My food has been pretty good as well. I have cut back my portions and stopped the snacking between meals. I had a bit of a slip up today and had a milkshake after work but I had a small dinner to try and make up for it.

I'm sure the ankle hurt and it must have been horrible...but that looks awesome!

It's great that you're getting back on track and showing such motivation.
You will get there good sir.
