So, here it goes, yet again. The highest I've been recently is 221. Total honesty thats what I was at. I want to get down to 165. 175 in the very least.

Here's what I don't want. I don't want more muscle. I have more than enough. Burn calories? Great. Lose fat? HECK YEAH! Gain muscle? NO, absolutely not. I have enough.

Right now I'm at 217. I think. My goal is to get down to 195 by July 4th...I don't feel this is unattainable. I just really need to stick with the plan kids. Is anyone on here on the chat board? Cuz it'd be really cool to talk to someone in real time!

I have my plan set in place. Hopefully I'll get somewhere with it this time.
