Ok so now that my wedding is finally over and I have a little bit of my sanity and time back I have decided that I am going to finally lose the weight that I want to lose for good this time. No more crazy fad diets and things that don't work, just simply eat less calories then I burn in the day and exercise at the gym at least four days a week. My husband will support that I want to lose weight but isn't all that good at the emotional support and encouragement that I need to not give up when it gets tough! So I am just going to journal and rant here I guess! Thanks for listening to me so far we'll see how this goes!
