Usually regarding weight lifting ill do 1 body part per week often on different days and spread them about so usually my biceps monday, triceps tuesday, shoulders wednesday, latse and traps thursday, friday for rest, my chest saturday and my legs sunday so that i can fit it around my school and my studying. I'v got a few questions about my personal scheme.
The first question i'd like to ask regards my abs. Im thinking of starting to train my abs and i read that doing these every other day (i.e monday then wednesday then friday) is the way to go so that i dont over work. Is this info correct or to my abs follow the same rules as ever other muscle group?
Next up is fitness. Im sort of lazyness when it comes to fitness so i'v started spending time on the punchbag to increase my cardio and it really does get me tired. Im wondering is it wise to go on the punchbag every day after i'v weight trained or should i have a break of a few hours or so?
The third matter is about nutrition. When training like described in the previous paragraphs how much protein and carbs should i be taking in daily; i just need a rough guide. I heard it corrosponds to your weight is this true?
The fourth matter is about body fat percentage, i measured up at 12%, is this too low?
Im new so if this is posted in the wrong forum then i apolagise. Please help the best you can!
^^ edit: Oops, lol, seems i did actually put this in the wrong place, mis understood the words personal training. Soz
