I seem to develop some physical illness when I lose weight. Years ago when I went on the Duke University rice diet, I developed gall stones, and became really ill. Finally had gallbladder removed. Now I have been on a diet for about 2 weeks, and also got an exercise bike, and think I've lost a bit of weight already (but don't have a scale that works), and now seem to be developing aches and pains that are worrying me. I also fight kidney stones. I haven't had them for over 4 years now, mostly because I stopped eating things I know cause them - like chocolate. Anyway, does anyone know if losing a lot of fat can cause things that may, or may not, already be there. Maybe a hernia, or kidney disease, or ??? Oh yeah and I take a low dose of a blood pressure medicine.
