Hi and thaks for reading, I started my weight loss and muscle goal on the 17/3/2012 i was 93kgs (205 LBS), im 5"10, i work out 3 times a week with a personal trainer (costs me a fortune but oh well) and i watch what i eat (Its true its not a diet its a life style change)


I seem to lose weight not to bad my goal weight is 75kg (165LBS- i think).




Any Support would be greatly apprecated!

Contrary to what people tell my i weight myself every day, i brought digtal scales so i can see all my loss's i find this to be a great help as the standard scales hardley move with points of kgs and to see you have dropped 300,400,500 i find to be a huge confidence booster

Weight myself before (its 9:57 at night) and i was 86.4...so hoping to be abit less tomorrow!
 
You're obviously doing the right thing with another KG gone already

Wishing you a good reading from your scales on waking tomorrow. It's always hard to judge how much weight will be lost whilst sleeping, but I've never known it to to go up overnight so it's bound to be good news :beerchug:

Thanks NW, Down another 1.7kg so happy with that, i can see definate changes in my stomach as its starting to flatten out!
 
today he made me walk up 5 flight of staris while holding a 16kg dunbell in each hand and do 10 lunges in the middle


now that i type this it doesnt seem so hard but it was HORRIBLE


all in all he does good work i have him again tomorrow as well=)
