If you just can't seem to be consistent...

Is it hard for you to get motivated to workout? Is it hard to stick to a strict workout and/or diet regimen? Are you not seeing gains and you don't know why?

GET A WORKOUT PARTNER!!!!

Trust me. I have been lifting weights for about 4 years now and i have never been able to put on weight. I've gained about 5-10 pounds of muscle in the past 4 years. I was consistent for a little, but i couldn't keep up my diet or workout schedule for more than a couple months. About a month ago i got together with my friend Chris and we scheduled a workout program, started taking creatine and protein together, and eating healthier. I'm finally able to stick to my workouts and my diet. Also, since we work out together we give each other that motivation to go for that last rep until our muscles give out.

Trust me, getting a workout partner will be the best thing you've ever done. Especially if you think you're a hard gainer.
 
Yeah since last month :) I'm so happy!!

haha just kidding. Yeah man it's been a while. But I'm back with a vengeance! I'm workin out like a madman!
