Today begins week 1 of this weightloss journey. I have had many failed attempts, but I'm not going to let this be another.
Right now I'm looking over all of my 'bad habits'..
eating out multiple times a week
soda/juice addiction
eating just because it's there
taking the elavator, parking as close as possible to the front
overall poor eating/exercising habits.
Weightloss seems simple, right? Eat healthy and exercise..
I'm finding that I actually have to teach myself how to do those things.
Restricting calories doesn't mean starving yourself, and exercise doesn't mean go until you can't walk.
I have set a goal for my 19th birthday. I would like to be down my atleast 15lbs by the end of September.. If it doesn't happen, that's alright and I'll keep pushing on, but for now it's going to be my motivation.
I would love to find a weightloss buddy with similar goals..
i'm 5'7 and starting at 235. The goal is 140.
