ok so lets say i make my drastic change tomorrow first thing in the morning....how do i start my day here is how it normally goes
4:30 am wake up go to gym from 5 to 5:45 treadmill hardcore till at least 400 calories are burned if not 650 then breakfast maybe cereal maybe 2 chkn breast and egg white scrambled then home by 6:30 am
shower dress get to work....from 7 am to 3 pm work non stop (im in sales but have to pull my own stock like fuel tanks and stuff....good labor) 3 head to gym burn off another 300 calories and eat lunch....usually a buffet as much cabbage and steamed broccoli as i want and salad and nice chucnk of fish or chicken breast
home by 4:30 pm.....take nap, wake up at 7 or 8 get house stuff done and get in bed by 11 do all over again at 4
if my breakfast is large (300 calories) then my lunch is small...if my breakfast is small (150 cals) my lunch is a mountain of veggies
Where did all this meat come from? You didn't say you were eating that originally. Or are you saying this is what you are thinking about doing?
