Hey guys, I'm new here and am looking for some advice. I'm 21 and for about 6 months I've been running about every other day, about 3 miles at a time. The thing is, I am already a skinny guy and honestly I just want to bulk up a little. The 3 miles hardly even phases me, and isn't really doing anything other than keeping me in better shape I suppose. I like how it is very convienient though. I have a few dumbells (2x10lbs, 2x15lbs, 1x20lbs) at my apartment. I don't like going to the gym really because right now I don't have a car, plus it's very crowded. I've recently started just doing some random workouts with the weights that I know of, but it's very informal and not really a routine. Can you please give me some advice or help me pick a basic routine that I can get into utilizing them + running + situps or something like that. I've heard that running will make it harder to build muscle mass but I still want to do at least some to keep my legs in shape, etc. I'd like to concentrate on abs (situps?) and arms. Who am I kidding I should just shutup and listen to you guys hah. I just want to get into better shape and I want to physically look better. If it would help, I can post some pictures of myself currently. I am 6 foot 3 inches, and weigh about 150lbs.
