I want to gain weight.

I want to gain weight.
Im 14, 5'5 and 86lbs.

I can see my ribs. But i have 10% body fat.
Next week ill post pictures What should I do? Should I lift weights and things? I Have no acces to a gym so thats out of the question. I have weights at home. And a ab lounge and a ab roller.

I want a nice chest and abs, to be strong. But i dont want to be a body builder type. I dont want to have a nice chest with toothpicks legs. What should I do?
 
right now, you're too young to be lifting much in the way of weights. what you need is a better diet, and bodyweight exercises like pushups, lunges, crunches, etc. at 16 your bones should be hard enough that you can start with heavier weights safely.
 
Oh.. Im truning 15 in september, going to 10th grade in september. Still to young? Whats your idea of a better diet? So you should just do pusshups lunges crunches and stuff? Sounds okay to me.

One more thing, I dont like milk. >.<
 
86 lbs at 5ft 5 and nearly 15? Seriously I am 5.9/10 and 138lbs, and at one point 140lbs.
You are saying that you are 6 stone? At your size I was probably 120lbs and I am no Greek God. You need to get some fat on you, eat more. Don't worry so much about your diet atm, stick to healthier foods, but just aim to get some fat. Then just do pressups, crunches and squats and maybe some other exercises and take it from there. My brother is 11, he is 4ft 11 and exactly your weight, and he looks pretty thin, but he is packing on muscle now by doing simple exercise, no weight. Try and drink milk, maybe that is partly the reason that you aren't that heavy, I mean you are around average height for your age (compared to the people the year above me at school).
 
My 12 year old brother weighs more then me.
But what ever I eat, I dont gain any weight. What should eat?
Please i dont want to be a toothpick anymore. So what is there for me to eat?

when i was in highschool i was tall and super thin
now im 23 and my body has changed all toghether
i got bigger
try to take in more calories then u are currently taking in but try to keep it clean no fast food or soft drinks.
 
Everyone has fat on their bodies, it just deposits in different places. Does yours tend to deposit on your hips and thighs? If so, it's a bit more complicated than the usual answers to questions like these.
 
yes, you shouldn't worry about diet at such a young age as your body would require the nutrients to GROW, u dont want to stunt ur growth do you? at 14 & 5'5" u could grow even more.

like the person above said, eat more, but eat right! dont worry about fat intake but stay away from heavy saturated
