Hi I find it provocative reading peoples diaries when they eat so badly. I just want to tell them what to eat and take over. I know this is a bad tendency so i don't want to do it to them because they get stroppy and may give up and get depressed.
I would like to follow and support other food diaries of people who are trying to eat really healthy food. And share recipes with them. What i mean by healthy is essentially high in fruit and vegetables and low in fat and sweets.
My ultimate goal is to have a diet with no sugar at all ever again. Well as a general type of diet to live by. I am trying to change my food habits. I will probably slip up from time to time but essentially i want to stay away from my weaknesses. I find it the easiest way. This is the best way for me to keep my weight down.
So if anyone is having a diet that's not full of cheats and treats and generally wants to stay focussed on eating healthy nutritious food, sing out.
