I want to do a miracle

When I want to do something in life I can do it long and hard. Ive lost my health and Ive become unhealthy Im doing a video on my life and how I used to be in it and at the end of the video its going to be me working realy hard to get back into shape

The mircale is that I only have a week or 2 to do this in. If seeing noticeable progress means lifting all night long then I will do so. If it means do push ups until I can barely lift my self an inch Ill do so.

My main goal is to do one arm pulls ups again like I used to be able to do. But I dont have much time to build. If some one will help me build myself then please speak up. If possible are there ways to show noticeable progress in a week or 2?

SOrry buddy, I dunno what kind of condition you are in now but get really really noticable results and being able to do 1 arm pull ups in 2 weeks is impossible. You could lose 5 lbs or so, but not much else. Fitness takes time, a long time. If it didnt, everyone would be fit. :) Just start on a good routine and healthy eating habits. Dont limit yourself because of a video, its your life.
 
Good luck with that. Doing what you want to do takes time and patience. Along with a good diet and training program. If you could do that in two weeks, everyone would be doing it.
 
even a miracle won't get you the results you want in 7 days. its just not possible unless you were almost there to begin with.
 
It took you much longer than 2 weeks to get out of shape. It's going to take your longer to return to your previous condition. Your determination is admirable, but your success will depend on your long term commitment and consistency in your program. Trying to do it all in 2 weeks will only burn you out.
