I want to bulk up, Much help and advice needed :)

Hey all i have been body building for about a month an a half. I've seen huge results. I lost 10% body fat!!

well heres my stats. I'm 160Lb, 5'7" with 11% body fat. I eat at least 6 times a day and work out 5 times a week. Heres my routine

monday - Chest, tricepts, 5minutes cardio and abs.
tuesday - Back,lats, bicepts, 5minutes cardio and abs.
wednsday - Shoulders, delts, 5minutes cardio and abs.
thursday - leg and buttocks work out
friday - pretty much just everything

I make my routines as hardcore as i can do them. I'll do at least 6 reps 4-5 sets and after a set i only wait 10 seconds.

My biggest problem is i dont know how much protien i should take. I was told that i should take twice the amount of protien my body weighs so i have been taking 300grams a day. Too much?? I think so, the access protien is turning into fat and i think im getting pointy nipples, yikes, can someone help me on this, i hate when i begin my work outs i have pointy nipples. But usually when im all pumped up, my chest is nice and round. I want them staying nice and round all the time...
 
First off you need to rest in between three upper body days, and its triceps, biceps. 11%, where did you get that number? Its doubtful unless you were extremely skinny to begin with, but starting at 21%, I doubt it. Another reason I doubt is because of the question about diet. You need about 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass. Post your workout, and go to the diet or nutrition section and post your diet. Im curious to see what you're doing.

Get at least 35g of protein in each meal. Look for decent program online. You seem to have the motivation now you need a good program. :)

Look at t-nation.com for some workout programs. Chad Waterbury is one of the more popular ones.
