hi im a 16 year old guy and im look at bulking up at bit (muscle hopefully)
i particularly want exercises that i can do at home (preferably without needing any or only a little equipment).
i currently do some push ups and crunches every night and i use some light dumbells ,4kg is the only ones i could find
, and i use them every morning and night. ive seen a big change in my abs and my triceps buy i cant seem to get my byceps any bigger ... also i cant seem to build any chest (pecs) muscle.
could someone plz tell me some things that i can do to build myself up a bit more (step by step for the exercises would be good cause im new to this)
