I Want To Be A Total Loser :O)

Woah guys! I still check out the website, I read, and I love seeing how on track everybody still is. Though lots of people have come and gone!

I have had a lot of changes happen to me!

Let's see...

I bought a house with my love last November <3

I am getting married this summer to aforementioned love <3

We got a dog!

A new car!

I got a new job!

And I am starting college [again] April 1st!

Basically, I've gotten a whole new life. And I love it!!

The one thing I have learned though; sometimes groceries come last and sometimes they don't come at all, that you make due with that you have. Even if that means eating whatever is there to get you by until next payday. (hey...we're young still! 21 and 24).

I've got that itch to want to exercise and I am in a whole new county! Moved a whopping 90 miles away from my parents and all my friends.

I am trying to take this time to get right on track. I actually live near a school now and they have a track. I also live darn close to a state park! (And having the puppy has been wonderful cause she is an excuse to walk!)

I'm itching for summer time!!

The bad news is...

I can no longer fit into my pants that I wore at my previous job (left there in October of 2010...they had fit then..).

I feel gross and fat.

I don't like being naked!

I feel sluggish and over all very un healthy.

I weighed in about 3 weeks ago at 302lbs. EEP that is the HIGHEST I have EVER been and I'm sure it's climbed higher in the last few weeks.

BUT!

I discovered that I love wearing dresses. I found dresses I look GOOD in and they fit and oh my! But I would SO love them if they were a few sizes smaller. lol.

I also want to lose weight so that my wedding dress fits come July! It fits NOW, but I do not want to gain weight!

I've got some pretty stressful events going on (planning a wedding, going to school, bills, etc)

But I am happy. I truly am. I'm not going to make ANY promises here, I am just going to be here and do what I can and if it turns out awesome, then YAY and if it doesn't, I'll just have to try something different.

Our dinners consist of...

LOTS of red potatoes! I buy about 10 lbs of red potatoes every two weeks.

I dice them up, coat them in olive oil and potato seasoning (you know those packets...like roasted onion or something) and shove them in the oven to bake.

I don't buy french fries any more. I was like "uh why buy frozen french fries when I can just chop up and make my own roasted potatoes?!"

We eat them at every meal that is made at home!

I make a lot of pork, the pork loin kind or pre-seasoned pork chops (bonesless, skinless).

We eat a LOT of ham steaks, yummy. Pan fried in nothing but its own water.

Ground beef is eaten either as hamburger helper or homemade chili (beef, red beans, tomato sauce, and chili powder).

If I knew how to make good chicken, I'd make that too. LOL. Sometimes I make chicken and rice (like..once). I've got chicken and I keep attempting.

If we eat out, it's at the pizza shop (I always get a turkey sub on their super awesome fresh baked bread, with mayo and lettuce). Or we go to Subway. And once in a blue moon we will go to Perkins (classic eggs benedict, nomnomnom) or Applebee's (let's not even discuss the calorie laden dinner on that one).

I buy cases of water; a lot of water. (we need to get our well tested...you know with just moving in here and not being here long. It got shoved off to the back burner).

We drink juice. Well, he drinks juice. I drink Swiss tea or Turkey Hill tea. (sometimes, sometimes I'm throwing some of the gallon out).

We have really stopped buying soda for two reasons 1) we don't really NEED it and 2) we're young, we're broke, we need to be spending money on meats and not soda.

Sometimes we have junk food around. I bought ice cream for the first time in THREE months the other week. Like 2 weeks ago. Half gallon of two different kinds. We just finished the last one tonight. (we used to be able to eat darn near one in one night!) I wont be buying anymore for awhile, it's sorta eh....

Once in a blue moon I make brownies and once in a blue moon we buy or make cookies.

Moving has really cut out a LOT of bad things for us and sadly cut out a lot of good things for us. I buy lettuce or tomatoes and such and because it's just ME eating them, they end up spoiling because I can't eat the same thing every single day. But baby carrots are a big winner!

SO! With all that being said...let's talk about exercise...

I want to start walking, I don't care where. Once summer comes we are dedicating one day on the weekend to take puppy to the state park for a walk. (It's about a mile or so, the trial we use).

I was going to have my treadmill brought up here, but the only place we could put it was in the basement and with all the rains recently...we found out our basement leaks! So! We are not doing that just yet.

I also want to dust off the Wii Active and start using that again. I even have sneakers and brought my workout pants up!

We also don't have a shower..so we have to go to his g'ma's house to shower. So sometimes I don't want to work out since I cannot drive to her house constantly to take showers. (haha that sounds bad, we go every other day or every day IF needed, but exercising say in the morning wouldn't be feesable to do that then shower then blahblahblah) We are working on putting in our bathtub/shower!!

That's all for now!!

My BIG MAIN reason for wanting to lose weight?

I want babies!! =D After we're married and such of course =D

Weigh In

I weighed in today a [302.2] which is icky. Super icky. I'm used to normally weighing 270 to 250. The good news is that three weeks ago I weighed myself and I was 302.4lbs. So at least I'm not gaining weight.

Thanks, I've been here awhile. I've been here under different usernames since like 2005 or 2006 LOL. (I would forget the password or get sick of the name).
